You will contribute to the firm’s client development framework, ensuring best practice is consistently applied and that client insights are captured, shared and acted upon.
You will also support client‑led initiatives and internal communications that showcase client successes and deepen engagement across the firm.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently. In addition to client management, you will oversee and assist in the development of junior staff, providing necessary support and reviewing their work. The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA Qualified with strong and varied general practice experience.
