You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with learning, communication, behaviour and emotional regulation. The role involves both 1:1 and small group support, helping children access the EYFS curriculum and feel secure within classroom routines.

You will be working 1:1 or within a small group setting to support a child with SEND.

You will be responsible for adapting classroom activities to ensure the pupil can access the curriculum at their own pace, while managing any sensory or behavioral needs.

You must have a proven track record of supporting children with SEND (this can be in a school, specialist provision, or care setting).
