You will be part of a supportive and established team dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for looked after children and care leavers. Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of young people aged 16-18 within the Children in Care pathway. Undertake statutory visits, reviews, and care planning in line with legislation and local procedures.
