You will also be working to coordinate any other agencies involved with each child. You will oversee SMI and Learning Disability annual health checks, ensuring core assessments are completed, follow‐up actions arranged, and communication is accessible for patients, carers, and support teams.

You will be required to attain security clearance to SC level and able to work on both MOD and scientific sector projects also requiring security clearance.
