You will support seamless communication, excellent customer service, and effective fleet management in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide telephone support to clients, managing fleet availability and recovery plans. Handle and resolve breakdowns, incidents, defect reports, and service status updates.
