You will need to demonstrate clear and effective case management abilities and have exceptional organisational skills. With a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, ideally applicants will have community-based experience of establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages.
You will be challenged to raise the bar on your capabilities and supported with the right tools and guidance to do so.
You will also be involved in internal and external audits, where you will provide feedback on your findings to your direct line manager.
You will need to be comfortable with handling claims of up to £100k for general damages to be considered
