You will ideally have progression towards professional qualifications.
You must be able to develop and sustain relationships with colleagues and clients and have great written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage a team effectively.
You will produce accurate and professional documentation and process adjustments in line with procedures including notifying insurers, issuing revised documentation and collecting additional premiums.
You will also have excellent negotiation and broking skills, strong communication skills, an ability to gather and analyse information from the clients and an ability to persuade and influence others.
