You will ideally have progression towards professional qualifications.
You must be able to develop and sustain relationships with colleagues and clients and have great written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage a team effectively.
You will have the opportunity to manage a challenging caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims, utilising your expertise to conduct thorough investigations into indemnity, liability, and quantum.

You will deal with all complaints professionally and pro-actively and engage with customers to resolve at the earliest opportunity.
You will be provided with your own vehicle Monday to Friday. The Tramping positions will have early starts and may include 4 Nights out a week, plus sometimes have run ins on a Saturday. Successful applicants must be able to provide checkable work related references/history.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals
