You will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects for our customer implementation for a six-month period and then work with other projects. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

You will lead the process of integrating this technology into new customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This position sits within the Customer Success organization and is field-based, with travel of approximately 30%.

You will work across multiple functions, building the right relationships to activate key teams and remove delivery blockers. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can independently manage priorities, assess risks, and ensure successful project completion without unnecessary delay.

You will act as the trusted face of eflow during onboarding — advising clients, managing complexity, and anticipating challenges before they arise.

You will play a critical role in coordinating key milestones, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring smooth, confident transitions from onboarding to production use.

You must have 2+ years of hands-on experience leading the technical implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for enterprise-level websites.

You must be proficient enough in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to actively read, debug, and write custom code within GTM for advanced tracking and data layer manipulation.
