You will be providing support across a wide variety of approximately 200 commercial buildings within the Councils Property Stock, including planning, procurement and delivery of high quality reactive and planned maintenance projects.
You will have minimum 3+years’ building surveying experience.

You will manage all day-to-day contract and/or commercial issues and disputes, ensuring they progress according to due process and are resolved with minimum impact.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end debt collection process, safeguard company cashflow, reduce aged debt, and continuously improve credit control practices across the business.
You will be a confident and experienced Credit Control or Finance professional with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
