You will join an organisation that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of major projects – coordination of contractors, management of budgets, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all work delivers excellent value for money.
You will be providing support across a wide variety of approximately 200 commercial buildings within the Councils Property Stock, including planning, procurement and delivery of high quality reactive and planned maintenance projects.
You will have minimum 3+years’ building surveying experience.
You will ensure housing assets are improved in line with agreed standards and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements, including Homes Englands Decent Homes Standard.
You will also provide professional building and investment advice, supporting senior managers with technical insight and informed decision-making.
