You will already be an experienced Breakfast Chef, someone who is a morning person – our breakfast shifts start as early as 5am - self-motivated and able to work under pressure are key attributes of a successful candidate. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.
You will be someone who is: - A confident, supportive leader who enjoys developing a team. - Warm, approachable and excellent with guests. - Organised, proactive and able to think clearly under pressure. - Highly attentive to detail with a strong sense of service quality. - A strong communicator who collaborates well with other departments.
You will also be in control of the morning sandwich room – ensuring that all guests can make their own packed lunch smoothly before they depart for the day.
You will also support with shutting down the kitchen at the end of a service with cleaning surfaces and ovens and emptying bins.
