Behaviour Teaching Assistant jobs in Chichester

You will be required to support in small classes from Year 7 – Year 11, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.

You will need to be resilient, empathetic, patient and not take things too personally. Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.

You will support pupils with SEND, additional learning needs, and social or emotional challenges, helping to ensure they are fully included in school life and able to make strong academic and personal progress.

You will be fully immersed in the life of the school and encouraged to be proactive in your role, becoming a valued member of the wider support team.
