You will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, complex needs, or trauma backgrounds, while leading shifts and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality, compliant care.
You will be working with challenging students both on a 1-2-1 basis and in small groups. Having experience of working with teenagers is desirable however not necessarily in a school setting. If you have experience as a youth worker or support worker or even sports coaching, please do get in touch!
