You will oversee the smooth running of shifts, manage behaviours, respond to staffing issues and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
You will provide guidance and supervision to staff on shift, modelling best practice and maintaining a calm, structured and nurturing environment for children.
You will work one-to-one and in small groups, aiding pupils manage behaviour, develop resilience, and re-engage with learning. The role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusion and long-term pupil progress.
