You will be passionate about supporting students with a complex and high level of need.

You will have strong communication skills, an understanding of behaviour management, have a passion to inspire students to be active in learning, and work well under pressure. A background of special education needs is desirable.

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is essential, and we cover full travel expenses up to 25p per mile. Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required. You’ll need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

You will possess excellent leadership and team management skills to ensure you and your team work collaboratively and effectively.

You will have excellent communication and people management skills and have knowledge and a good understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework with a proven track record of quality assurance and service improvement.

You will be fully registered with the GMC, and have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or have eligibility for it and be able achieve this on appointment).

You will play a key role in the school's pastoral provision, working closely with students, families and staff to promote wellbeing, positive behaviour and personal development.
