You will be expected to support on a rotational basis working 12-hour shifts.

You will play a pivotal role in providing person-centred support for a sweet natured, captivating and humorous gentleman.

You should be fun, upbeat and have a naturally bubbly personality.

You will also need to be calm, relaxed and resilient.

You will be working on average 38 hours per week – 2 days on and 4 days off shift pattern with 2 sleep‐ins. In addition, you will be eligible for generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime hours, and performance related bonus scheme.
