You will play a key role in providing stability, encouragement and guidance to pupils who benefit from consistent and nurturing support. Key Responsibilities

You will work 1:1 with pupils, supporting their learning, emotional regulation, and social development in a safe and nurturing environment. The role requires patience, resilience, and the ability to stay calm when managing challenging behaviour, including both verbal and physical aggression.

You will need to have excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to engage with a pupils from a wide array of backgrounds. The position would suit someone who has previously worked as a behaviour mentor within a secondary school setting or someone who has worked with secondary age pupils within a sports club, youth club or outreach.
