You will support teachers to enable our students to access learning by supervising and assisting them across a wide range of supported learning activities. The Learning Mentor will: - Undertake activities with individuals or small groups of students - Enable our students to access learning

You will be working with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities and communication difficulties.

You will help identify triggers and barriers to learning, as well as implementing your knowledge of psychological theory and apply it in the classroom.

You will be required to support class teachers and early years practitioners to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences. Key responsibilities include supporting children with learning activities, promoting positive behaviour, assisting with personal care where required, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

You will conduct adult-only functional assessments across a wide range of physical, neurological and mental health conditions.
