You will help facilitate learning for the provision of 14-16 students at all levels in our vibrant College.
You will be working with cross college curriculum teams, as well as liaising with external agencies, to support students and their learning.
You will contribute to the planning and delivery of support for a variety of subjects and for learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.
You will work closely with students to include personal preferences and choices. Individualised and unique programs can often demonstrate a wide range of diverse activities, from fishing, sports and computers, to farming, cooking, welding and forestry. As this is an outreach role, a driving licence and car will be required.
You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement strategies, interventions, and support plans to address challenging behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
