You will be expected to provide individualised support to the students in their educational and personal development.
You will be supporting students across a range of different subjects but it is not essential that you are a particular subject specialist. Due to the needs of the students it is vital that you have worked with SEMH students before and feel confident in managing challenging behaviour.
