You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have social emotional mental health. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary! A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.

You will oversee behaviour strategies, lead personalised interventions, support de-escalation and model consistent, relational practice to help pupils re-engage with learning.

You will contribute to safeguarding and provide guidance and training to staff, helping maintain a safe, structured and inclusive environment where young people can make meaningful progress.
