You will be supporting learners with an array of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, learning needs and challenging behaviour.

You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral leads, and external professionals to deliver consistent, calm, and supportive intervention. Key Responsibilities:

You will be working in a 1 to 1 capacity with students who have very complex emotional and behavioural needs. These students often come from traumatic backgrounds and are disengaged with mainstream education. This school supports secondary aged students, some of which are on EHCPs.

You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
