You will have 5-10 years' experience leading a professional services/ implementation function in a B2B SaaS business, ideally in an SME private equity backed business - Overall responsibility for delivery of Microsoft dynamics-based ERP implementation projects to onboard new customers and implement new modules for existing customers on time and on budget.
