You will be the crucial bridge between our product vision and its successful, compliant, and timely execution.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical components required to deliver a solution are scoped, designed, planned, and delivered.
You will be adept in Agile methodologies, and a champion for continuous improvement within a regulated environment.
You will coordinate and control the production process, ensuring on-time delivery within budget by managing demand, capacity, quality, and resources. Key responsibilities include production scheduling, resource allocation, inventory management, quality control, budget management, equipment maintenance, and team leadership to oversee CNC machining operations from start to finish.
You will bridge technical expertise with market insight, ensuring products meet evolving customer needs, comply with industry standards, and remain competitive in key market segments. The role also involves product training, enabling sales and internal teams to develop technical competence and market knowledge.
You must possess a blend of business and technical savvy skills; a big-picture vision, and the drive and know how to make that vision a reality.
You must enjoy spending time to understand customer problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively to accomplish your objectives in a geographically dispersed working environment.
