You will initially be based on a 349-unit residential scheme, delivered across 7 blocks ranging from 3–17 storeys. The development is a partnership scheme and includes a mix of traditional build and steel frame construction. - Current site duration: 18 months – 2 years remaining

You will plan and conduct projects in accordance with good manufacturing practice and GMP requirements and validation activities
You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.
You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.

You will plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate Health and Safety in pre-construction phases of projects; including identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks and ensuring designers carry out their duties.
You will have sufficient experience to enable you to manage, with support, your own workload and project deliverables.
You will be working as part of the leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business, implementing plans and strategies as required, leading teams to meet all performance KPI’s, regulatory and service level requirements.
You will drive the engagement of the team through proactive two-way communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
You will play a key role within the leadership team, ensuring operational efficiency, strong client outcomes, and consistent delivery against KPIs, regulatory, and service level requirements. This role offers hybrid working following successful completion of training.
