Assistant Coordinator jobs in Inverness

You will be expected to cover all Shetland Islands and throughout the Highlands and Islands locality.

You will be expected to carry a small case load.

You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).

You should also have extended relevant experience, preferably within the gas, electric heating, and renewables sector.

You will manage an assigned caseload to deliver effective housing management services relating to primarily Allocations & Voids. The Tenancy Operations team also deals with Anti-Social Behaviour, Tenancy and Estate Management.

You will ensure services meet and exceed standards, while adhering to Scottish social housing regulations.

You will be responsible for leading partnerships and programmes across Highland, Moray and Perth and Kinross and will play a pivotal role in driving our organisation forward.
