You will help create positive, welcoming mealtimes while working as part of a wider team to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
You will have experience of cooking in a professional or large-scale kitchen environment and a sound understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
You will prepare and cook breakfasts as well as evening meals for groups and individuals according to a set menu.
You will be responsible and deliver the highest standard of food quality and presentation whilst achieving budgetary requirements, maintain the standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with our HACCP house rules, and cleaning schedules.
