You will have strong IT literacy, including Excel and CMMS use, and proven experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or CMMS administration within an industrial or engineering environment. Proficiency in P&ID drawings and the ability to identify electrical, mechanical, and operational assets is essential.
You will manage a multi-disciplinary project delivery team (project managers, project engineers and construction supervisors) and own the portfolio's financial governance, reporting and long-term planning.
