You will have progressed as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor.
You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
You will also offer guidance to parish officers for resources on giving campaigns, legacies and grant funding.
You should also have a clear understanding of the teaching which underpins the Christian principles of giving.
You will primarily be progressing Housing Conditions (Disrepair) cases at Pre-Action Protocol stage and in proceedings as this is a particularly busy area for the team.
You will be adapting to working on different areas of litigation to focus on particularly busy areas.
