You will ensure that all service charge budgets and accounts are prepared accurately, within CEM workflow timeframes and in accordance with current legislation, lease requirements and industry practice.
You will also have responsibility for the Transactional Service Charge Team, this includes Sales/Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support (service desk) to IT users in the resolution of reported faults, fulfil service requests made by IT users via the IT Ticketing System, monitor and report on the progress of IT services within the region and support project work as required.
You will be responsible for but certainly never limited to: Coordinating an extremely active calendar of meetings.
You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities. We are also looking for someone with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
You must be a member of MRTPI, and ideally have a Degree/Diploma in Town Planning. In addition, you will have proven negotiation, communication and influencing skills, as you’ll be liaising with a wide range of external contacts to resolve issues. You’ll enjoy managing your own case load, whilst also working as part of a close knit team.
You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
You will demonstrate previous experience as a Tower Crane Driver and in possession of a valid tower crane driving licence, having undergone all of the appropriate training as advised in the HSE guidance note GS 39.
You should be able to judge distances, heights and clearances accurately and be able to communicate in English to a high standard.
