You will be providing a therapeutic service to children and young people placed within Spring Hill School by assessing and identifying their needs and meeting them through consultation and training to Residential and Educational staff, direct therapeutic work, care planning and management in conjunction with the Multi-disciplinary team.
You will bring: Experience in a fast-paced temp recruitment environment. A proven track record of consistent billings and hitting targets. Strong candidate generation and pipeline management skills. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. A passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

You will not act as a care coordinator.
You will act as a lead professionalfor those patients not subject to CPA.
You will conduct up to 2 new assessmentsper week, following the initial assessments by the care coordinator.
You will conduct 10 follow ups per week. Review will occur on a regular basis to managethe caseload within acceptable numbers.
