You will be responsible for managing finance documents and information for each client via Sage - Using online shared drives and client portals to update the database with information daily

You will have the chance to continue to develop through the company and progress within your role.

You will work both inside and outside, sometimes in a dusty or confined environment. However, your health and safety are our number one priority and full protective clothing is provided. Your colleagues are also there to help and look out for you, as safety is everyones responsibility.

You will be given 1 day per week in which to focus on your studies. For the other 4 days you will be working in the business, applying your university learning in a real-life engineering environment. Upon completion of the programme you will move into a permanent role within Thales in Glasgow.

You will be working within world class facilities. During your apprenticeship, you may be working in an office or lab environment or a combination of both.

You will undertake a series of rotational placements within our Test Systems Group.

You must have (as a minimum) the following academic qualifications:

You will work towards achieving a UK Level 3 (SCQF Level 7/HNC) qualification at Glasgow Kelvin College.

You will be expected to provide colleagues with technical assistance and support in delivering rail civil design services, 2D / 3D modelling and drawing production throughout all stages of project development.

You will be given one day per week in which to focus on your studies. For the other four days you will be working in the business, applying your university learning in a real-life engineering environment. You will work towards achieving a UK Level 6 qualification at the University of Strathclyde, the University of the West of Scotland, Heriot‐Watt University or Edinburgh Napier University.

You will have the support of a mentor, our management team, and experts who will help guide your progress.

You will provide coordination support for facilities management services on the FedEx UK account.

You will aim to resolve any queries at first attempt or escalate to the helpdesk supervisor.

You will become a systems expert in Navison which you will use to log and track job requests through.
