You will be responsible for verifying order details, maintaining accurate documentation, and proactively communicating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

You will ensure adherence to SOPs, meet key performance indicators, and maintain high housekeeping and data accuracy standards.

You will oversee projects from sales handover through to manufacture, delivery, and aftercare, acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.

You will ideally have experience in manufacturing, construction, or building products, with strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

You will play a vital role in supporting our clients' customers to ensure their orders are processed in a timely manner and that the customer experience is seamless throughout.
