You will have frequent updates with your progress through compliance, applications for specific roles as well as receiving additional information on roles which we feel may be of interest to you.
You will be a strategic advisor, working closely with the Hammerson Marketing & Placemaking and Brand Partnerships Teams.
You will also serve as an influential coordinator between the centralised Hammerson teams, the JLL Property & Asset Management team, and the Destination teams, building consensus among multiple stakeholders.
You will have a strong understanding of both your brands & the channel in which you operate to drive the creation and execution of clear and powerful BTL brand activation plans.
You will be responsible for briefing and managing the output of our chosen BTL agencies, managing them to create strong activities which will deliver against agreed consumer & customer metrics.
You will ensure the activities schedule in the home plays a key part in ensuring the routines and daily activities they undertake are varied, stimulating and fun. The role really enables you to bring out your creativity, adapting activity programmes that respect individuals needs while also establishing links with the local community to encourage their involvement and increase social interaction.
You will be responsible for driving consumer acquisition and retention strategies within your Heated Tobacco (HT) category.
You will act as the category expert, supporting key markets with tailored activation plans, funnel metric improvements, and best-in-class execution of the HT business model.
You will lead and motivate a team to create a positive, cooperative environment that enriches the experience for students, group leaders, and the team alike.
You will work up to 60 hours per week based on a six-day working week.
