You will complete allocated tasks in order to maintain On-Time Performance, including but not limited to defect rectification, progression of ADF's, routine/scheduled & planned maintenance and daily tasks under appropriate civilian and military supervision.
You will support on-going Team Atlas improvement and expansion initiatives.
You will balance hands-on technical support with leadership responsibilities around two-thirds of your time will be spent resolving issues and providing technical direction, and the rest focused on mentoring, process improvement, and driving service quality.

You will spend the first 10 months at IPS International learning Electronics, Bench fitting, CAD, Soldering, Inspection and Project related tasks in order to give you the necessary skills to be successful when you return to site. In year 2 you will rotate through a range of different departments including an Engineering function, Operations and several others to find out what work suits you best.
You will provide industry leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.
You will attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday - Friday, where we will cover all things HomeServe, health and safety and provide you with your tools and equipment
You will be buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Engineer
You will provide support for automated warehouse management systems. You ll be the go-to expert keeping it all running smoothly through proactive maintenance, smart problem-solving, and lightning-fast repairs when production stops. When you re not working on the machinery, you ll switch gears to support our users with first-line IT support and help deliver IT infrastructure projects.
