You will work closely with our Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, advising on a wide range of tax matters including corporate transactions, restructuring, property deals, and employee incentives. Key Responsibilities - Assist with tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.
You will work closely with other areas of the business, particularly relating to deal structuring, financial due diligence and deal submission to credit committee to ensure successful new business acquisition.
You will have a proven track record of selling asset backed finance to businesses in addition to a comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and its practical applications.
