You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of planners, surveyors, archaeologists, engineers and architects based in the Shrewsbury office and part of a business which is big enough for a varied range of work and opportunities but small enough to provide autonomy and a chance to really get to know everyone – expanding your skills and building new connections.

You will support him with personal care and mobility, including transfers and gym activities, while encouraging participation in hobbies, recreational activities, and new challenges.

You will play an active part in social and recreational activities, including music, dance, and outings, and will be key in building a strong, trusting relationship with Sam.

You will contribute to a therapeutic care environment that promotes emotional wellbeing, positive identity, and individual growth.
