1st Line Support Engineer jobs in Poole

You will be the first point of contact for IT related issues, resolving day-to-day technical problems, supporting end-users, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance across the site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to office staff, engineering teams and production floor users.

You will also use email and instant messaging to communicate effectively where appropriate.

You should understand core networking principles, with desirable experience in troubleshooting networks, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, backups, Teams VoIP, Intune, and security best practices.

You will provide technical support on a range of software and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across various IT domains within our organisation. This role involves on-site attendance to deliver user IT support (2nd and 3rd Line), assisting users with day-to-day queries, and actively participating in IT projects.
