You will be required to work effectively as part of a team to provide person centred support in a consistent manner to promote independence, inclusion, wellbeing and personal development.

You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence, be a confident driver with access to a car and insurance that covers business usage, or be prepared to add this to your policy (we can support on this).

You must drive and have access to a car to support students within the community. Necessary risk assessments will be undertaken.

You will be working with individuals that have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these people and make a positive impact on their lives.
