You will be based within the office where there is currently 25-30 members of staff. The role has mixed duties which are listed below.
You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship. - This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Curiosity and eagerness to learn - a natural interest in how projects are planned, executed, and delivered
You must be available for both days 07:00-19:00 & nights 19:00 shifts)
You will also be responsible for analysing the inbound volumes to ensure we are effectively resourced 24/7
You will need to develop and deliver reporting on the performance of the department and should be confident in presenting reports internally
