You will direct all efforts to the Youth Development Service’s core aim of preventing negative outcomes for children and young people through the delivery of a high-quality support services and interventions to young people aged 11 to 19 (24 for SEND young people).

You will be appointed to 12-hour post evenings and weekends and placed at one of the 5 youth centres across the borough of Enfield.

You will be working with individuals that have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these people and make a positive impact on their lives.
