You will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and front-of-house reception, ensuring that workflow is efficient, communication is smooth, and customers receive a high standard of care. A strong background as a qualified Vehicle Technician is essential, as you will be supporting, guiding, and assisting our excellent team of technicians whenever required.

You will need previous experience repairing and servicing tool hire equipment - Analytical approach to problem solving - Able to work without instruction

You will be a team-player who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where there are set processes and procedures.

You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification. Ideally, you will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.

You will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and service of the full range of Nissan vehicles.

You will need to be an experienced, technician with a relevant formal qualification (IMI/City & Guilds) - Possess good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers accurately and concisely.

You will be responsible for preparing materials and equipment for lessons, maintaining tools and machinery, supporting health and safety procedures, and ensuring workshop spaces are kept clean, organised, and compliant. What the school is looking for:
