You will need to be level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in HGV Vehicle Repair and maintenance, plus, will have experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs. What’s more, you will need the ability to identify worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards and have a current, full UK driving license for the relevant vehicle classes.

You will ensure the learning environment is safe, well-organised, and fully equipped, while also managing and maintaining tools and equipment. Additional responsibilities include sourcing, purchasing, and recycling materials to keep the workshop running efficiently.

You will liaise with production and the builds teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to customers satisfaction. This is a varied role, with scope to develop and the chance to secure training and support from a well respected and established business.

You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of our fleet of PCVs and HGVs to ensure they are safe, reliable, and compliant with all relevant regulations. This is a shift-based role, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with modern equipment in a supportive environment.

You will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to our wide range of production machinery that will require you to hold good multi skilled abilities. Linked to your multi skilled abilities you must also hold some exposure to supporting Plc controls and robotic applications and ideally have undertaken three phase installation work.

You will plan and execute scheduled maintenance outages, respond to unscheduled breakdowns, manage budgets, and deliver upgrades and new installation projects in a challenging EfW facility environment. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

You will need to have previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer. Qualified in F-Gas & ODS Regulations – (Category I) Handling Fluorinated Gases and Ozone Depleting Substances – City & Guilds (2079-11) and F-Gas Category 2.
