You will undertake a range of statutory tasks including co-ordinating and undertaking single shared assessments, risk assessment and risk management and, where appropriate, Carers’ assessments.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will support multidisciplinary team members, adults and their families and carers, to balance the complex areas of risk and need with choice and rights.
You will plan and undertake, inspections and visits to vessels of all types along with taking the necessary actions to provide advice, guidance and support to ensure compliance with the law and that risks to health are appropriately managed.
You will have an Honours degree in a relevant subject, as well as a REHIS Higher Certificate in Food Practice, to be able to work as a Food Safety Officer.
