You will be part of the Public Safety and Security unit that develops, deploys and supports advanced software applications for mission-critical control room solutions within police forces, fire services, airports, public transport, prisons and other civil security organisations.
You will introduce and embed our innovative digital platform, which offers on-demand, flexible blue-collar labour solutions (e.g., temporary staff, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing operatives) to new clients in the Light Industrial and Logistics sector located around our current operations.
You will lead operations across multiple sites as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met
You will drive an active safety agenda, engage with Branch Safety Committees, and foster a culture of zero lost-time accidents and ultimately no accident book entries
You will be our feet on the ground, representing HRS at key industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to support proactive outreach and relationship building.
