You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

You will receive comprehensive training in working with stalking, including training in using the Stalking Risk Profile and relevant therapies. The role would suit a band 7 or band 8a psychologist (role requirements will be amended to suit). The service is based in Ravenswood House, Fareham, but the work is delivered in a range of NHS and non‐NHS premises (e.g. Probation offices) across Hampshire.
