You will work alongside the multidisciplinary to provide personalised assessment and treatment programmes for males with mental illness/ complex care needs as well as those with personality disorder.
You will deputise for the Lead Social Worker in quality assurance meetings and support the delivery of safeguarding induction and update training across the hospital.
You will be part of a well-established multidisciplinary team offering personalised assessment and treatment programmes in a structured, recovery-focused environment.
You will be based within a specialist mental health service that includes medium secure, low secure and rehabilitation units. The service provides a seamless internal care pathway, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, personality disorders and histories of offending or placement breakdowns.
You will help run exciting lessons to make the classroom a fun, engaging and safe place. Behavioural management, personal care and emotional support may also be required where necessary. The role is full-time starting ASAP but the school have said they can be flexible if the perfect candidate came along.
