You will play a key role in leading our night care team, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of person centred care and that the home runs smoothly throughout the night.
You will provide guidance, delegate tasks effectively and lead by example, fostering a calm, safe and positive atmosphere throughout the home.
You will work directly with children and families to understand risk, need, and strengths, while working collaboratively with partner agencies to support positive outcomes and prevent escalation wherever possible. Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake Child and Family Assessments within statutory timescales.
You will also deliver a single point of access for all age carers who are supported to access information, advice, and guidance. Assessments for all age carers are undertaken in person across the county. The Care Act 2014 compliant assessments determine citizens’ assessed eligible needs while promoting their assets and facilitating their independence.
