You will take a hands-on role in technical work while also providing leadership, mentoring and client management.
You will be an experienced transport planner from a consultancy background, comfortable operating at Principal or Associate level, with strong technical capability and confident client-facing skills.
You will be encouraged to use your own initiative, contribute to business growth, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the planning discipline within the wider group. The ideal candidate will likely hold a formal qualification or degree in Town & Regional Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related discipline.
You will undertake traffic modelling and junction capacity assessments, liaise with clients, project team members, and local authorities, and attend meetings with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Additionally, you will professionally represent the business, enhancing its profile through high-quality, client-focused work.
You will join a growing and established team delivering a wide variety of interesting projects for clients in the private and public sectors.
You will also prepare transport studies for our public sector clients.
You will undertake site visits and attend meetings as required. The role will also involve some client liaison, such as attending meeting.
